We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Important:
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to:

  • Return the original item

  • Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item

6. European Union โ€“ 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

This right supersedes the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If itโ€™s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at service@relelic.com.

A return shipping label provided by Visual Inc is required before sending any items back.
