1. Processing Time & Shipping Fees

Each order placed with Visual Inc is handled with care and attention to detail.

Order Processing Time:
Please allow 2โ€“4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before your order is shipped.

Peak Seasons (Holidays / New Year):
During busy periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days due to increased order volumes.

Shipping Fee:
We charge a flat rate of $5.99 for shipping on all orders, regardless of the delivery location.

As Visual Inc works with global fulfillment centers, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note:

  • Tracking may take 1โ€“3 business days to update after shipment.

  • If there are delays in tracking updates, your package is still in transit.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by your country's authorities are your responsibility.

  • Visual Inc is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

  • Customs fees are uncommon for most household items but can vary based on local regulations.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@relelic.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, modifications or cancellations will not be possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is important to us, and weโ€™re here to assist you in case of any issues.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo within 72 hours. We will gladly provide a free replacement.

Lost in Transit:
If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we will promptly send a replacement at no extra cost.
